Quartz is the alternative to Granite.  It is naturally harder than granite with a hardness of 7 on Moh's
Hardness Scale.  Most quartz countertops are engineered using 93% natural quartz and 7% resin, and
they are compacted together under heat and pressure to make a strong, nonporous surface.  Quartz
countertops are resistant to stains, heat, and scratches.  No sealing is required, and most chemical
cleaners are also safe to use on quartz countertops as long as they do not contain bleach.  Quartz
countertops have the shine of granite countertops, and they can also be honed as well.  Each of our
quartz products contain their own unique characteristics for various style preferences.
